The Workouts

Booking is currently paused

All three formats stay in the program. We are securing gym times for the new season and will reopen booking here as soon as the schedule is confirmed. Until then, write to guido.luedecke@sixdimensionsbasketball.com to get on the list — and scroll down for something you can train on your own.

Individual
Workout

Most individual workouts are built around repetition in isolation. Our sessions are different. Every drill is designed to replicate real game situations — with defenders, decisions, and pressure. You don’t just improve skills here; you learn how to apply them when it matters.

45 € / session · 2h · indoor court, 1-on-1

Group
Workout

Basketball is never played alone. Our group workouts replicate real game environments where spacing, timing, and decision-making under pressure matter. Players learn how to read teammates, react to defenders, and execute skills in dynamic situations. This is where individual ability turns into real basketball impact.

25 € per player · 2–5 players · 2h · indoor court, Skill & Game IQ

Athletic
Workout

Athletic performance in basketball is not about generic fitness — it’s about game-specific movement. Our athletic workouts develop acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, and body control under realistic game demands. Every session is designed to make you more explosive, more efficient, and more stable when the game gets fast and physical.

Functional Athletic Training — no gym, no equipment, maximum impact. Sand, bodyweight, intensity.

Shooting Prototype 1.0 — 7 days of shooting

Nothing to book — everything to train. A 7-day shooting plan you download and run on your own court. 20–25 minutes a day, 100–120 shots, no coach needed. Rule #1 of the week: never take two identical shots in a row. If a shot feels awkward, that is not a mistake — your brain is building a more adaptable release. Day 1 is free.

Differential Learning

Instead of grinding one "perfect" movement a thousand times, systematic noise forces your nervous system to re-solve every rep. The result is a shot that holds up under pressure, on the move, out of rhythm.

Three phases, every day

DL Primer (20 shots) · Core DL Matrix (60–80 shots) · Constraint Challenge (20 shots). Rising context and pressure from warm-up to game-like finish.

Seven days, seven challenges

Base & Balance · Release & Perturbations · Momentum & Drift · Vision & Perception · Rhythm & Timing · Chaos Matrix · Benchmark Test. The Wobble Game, Curry Streak, Blind Spot Knockout, The Pressure 50 — one named challenge per day.
