We process personal data only in accordance with the GDPR and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and only to the extent described in this privacy policy. Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

3. Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS processes personal data on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, requested file, referrer URL, browser type and version, and operating system. This data is processed to ensure the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Log files are deleted automatically after a short period.

4. Booking and Contact Forms

When you use one of our booking forms, we collect the data you enter: name, e-mail address, team, the skills you want to work on, and the workout you want to attend. We process this data to handle your booking request, to confirm your participation, and to send you the gym or location details. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract taken at your request) and, where applicable, your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example by e-mail to the address stated above. Your data will be stored only as long as necessary to process your request or as long as statutory retention obligations require. Our forms use a CAPTCHA to protect against spam; the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protecting our website against abuse).

5. Contact by E-mail or Phone

If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process the data you provide to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). The data will be deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Google Maps

This website may embed maps from Google Maps, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When a map is loaded, your IP address is transmitted to Google and may be transferred to servers in the USA. Data transfers to the USA are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in an appealing presentation of our location) or, where required, your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). 7. Links to Social Media

Our website contains plain links to our profiles on Instagram and TikTok. No data is transferred to these providers by merely visiting our website. When you click such a link, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

You have the right to obtain information about your personal data processed by us (Art. 15 GDPR), the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (e) or (f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). 9. Obligation to Provide Data / Automated Decision-Making

You are not legally obliged to provide personal data; however, without the data marked as required we cannot process your booking request. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

This website uses TLS/SSL encryption. Data you submit via our forms is transmitted in encrypted form.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
